How You Can Help

You can support Project K.N.O.S.E. in several practical ways. Below are ready-to-use items for a “How to Help” page or sidebar.

Volunteer

  • Join neighborhood patrols — we run regular volunteer patrols and outreach nights.
  • Help at events — Toy Trek, seasonal drives, bed distributions, and community fairs need hands.

Donate

  • Monetary donations fund event supplies, beds, toys, safety gear, and direct family assistance. Add a “Donate” button linking to a secure payments page or a simple CashApp.  Project K.N.O.S.E. runs material drives and purchases needed goods.

In-kind gifts

  • Donate new or gently used beds, bedding, toys, coats, diapers, non-perishable food, and winter gear. Promote donation drop-off dates/locations.

Partner / Sponsor

  • Businesses and community groups can sponsor events, donate supplies, or host joint outreach initiatives. Example: partnership with Omaha Police Officers’ Association on recent Toy Trek activities.

Spread the Word

  • Follow and share our pages on social media: Twitter, Facebook. Share event posts, volunteer opportunities, and campaign messages.

Advocacy and community support

  • Attend city meetings, support calls for accountability, and help amplify community concerns when incidents occur. (Project K.N.O.S.E. has been active in public advocacy and in pressing for transparency around police-community incidents:
